Maintaining your Compression shirt
We recommend that all our compression wear be hand washed and not tumble dried, using a mild detergent. Like any other garment, excessive wash and wear will cause your shirt to "wear out" prematurely. After you are certain about your size we suggest that you have at least 3 shirts in your wardrobe to alternate and prevent "wearing out".
How to put on. Put the arms in the sleeves and pull the shirt over your head and shoulders. Pull the bottom of the shirt on the left and right down.
	How to pull out. Pull the shirt up over your waist. Pull over your head the backside of the shirt until the bottom edge, and pull the shirt out.
